Qlik SaaS - Binary Load and Performance issue

Hi,

I have an App (Dashboard) in Qlik SaaS that reload almost every five minutes but takes around 4 minutes to reload becaue it is loading all the data from the BigQuery.

Actually, only one table is updating while rest of the data model is same and there is no change.

I want to ask you how to optimize this ? I mean can I add binary load. Can I create one more App on Qlik SaaS that must load once in a day and then I only consume it in the real Qlik SaaS App where I show the data ? 

Can you guide me is it going to help me ? if yes then how to load binary load in Qlik SaaS?
