RSS Feed Cloud News - MS Teams

Hello together,

Unfortunately, this topic doesn't quite belong in this group, but I can't find any other group where the topic would be more appropriate.

The support said I should rather ask the question in the community.

We wanted to integrate the RSS feed from "https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Introduction/saas-change..." into our MS Teams.

Unfortunately, we receive the following error message: "This message is too long to display here. Please visit the external source app to view the message."

Furthermore, according to the page, the feed has some errors: "https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=https%3A%2F%2Fhelp.qlik.com%2Fen-US%2Fcloud-services%2FS...".

How can I solve the problem? Does anyone have any experience?

Hi @Danijel : I have reported the issue about the invalid feed to our documentation team (ID: HLP-14828), there's a chance that having that fixed might solve your issue.
However, the issue itself might be due to a limitation in Microsoft Teams, you might want to investigate that with Microsoft as well.

Hi @Danijel : I have reported the issue about the invalid feed to our documentation team (ID: HLP-14828), there's a chance that having that fixed might solve your issue.
However, the issue itself might be due to a limitation in Microsoft Teams, you might want to investigate that with Microsoft as well.
