I have a client who wanted to use Qlik Answes for the first time. He uploaded a file written in Dutch, the whole Cloud is in Dutch, but somehow Qlik Answers came up with an English written answer.
How can my client solve this ? The prime language in his cloud environment is Dutch, what else is there to change ?
Hi, I don't know how to solve this problem, but let me share the results in my environment.
Summary of results:
The knowledge base was created using Japanese data files.
When I asked questions in Japanese, I received answers in Japanese.
When I asked questions in English, I received answers in English.
When I asked questions in Dutch, I received answers in Dutch.
Environment:
Windows 10 Japanese edition
Browser: Chrome
(Website display language settings: 1. Japanese / 2. English)
Qlik Cloud Profile settings / Profile:
Preferred language: English
Time zone: Asia/Tokyo
Regional settings for creating apps and other data preparations: Japanese(Japan)
Note: As a test, I changed the regional setting from Japanese to English, but the result was the same. See summary of results above.
