Hello
Users frequently close their chrome browsers and reopen it. When this happens, our end user has to enter their Windows authentication infos (username, password) again regardless of the time passed. This does not happen to me as an admin user. Is there a way to prevent this for the end users too.
Regards, Ozcan
Hi @ozcano ,
Windows Integrated Authentication should be enabled by your IT for browsers and authentication method should match with QS and system login to work.

In my opinion, this is not related to the settings in Qlik but rather to the settings in your browser. For example, I don't have to re-enter my data because I have saved it in my browser. Please refer to the screenshot.
Sorry my screenshot is in german but u will understand it.
I agree in general, but I expected Chrome to ask whether to save authentication info, also interesting that it does not show this behaviour when browser is not shut down (closed), and somehow it does not ask to me again at all.
Chrome can be controlled by your company. I would suggest checking with your IT department to see what defaults have been set in your environment.
