What kind of error are you getting? Perhaps you are running into firewall issues? If possible, try turning the firewall off temporarily and see if that makes it possible to connect.

No, it is not working even if I open the sense in server

I tried with localhost to see if it is certificate error but no luck.

Have you checked the ports? 443?

Try restarting services in below sequence

QSRD

QSRS

Then any of the left services.

Hi, double check that something else on the server is not grabbing port 443, in cmd run the following: netstat -a -n -o | findstr 443, check the pid number in taskmanager to see what application is using it, i've found sql server, iis and skype has been the cause of this before. If non of these are the issue, check your repository or proxy logs, check for any certificate error, if there are, the following article should assist in repairing: https://qliksupport.force.com/articles/000005402
