Alternate States: Button action clears all selections in all states . BUG?

Hi Community,

I have a button with Action = Clear all selection and alternate state =  ST02.
But  when i Click the button, ALL selections are cleared.
I now this is an old question but  unfortunately I do not have a solution until now ...

Any help is welcome.

As a workaround, you could use "Clear selections in other field" and then select a field that isn't likely to be selected (or create a dummy field for this specific purpose). Do note that this will add a "Select all" action on the field you use, but otherwise I think it'll do the job.

Hi,
thanks for the answer, but unfortunately in my case it is not applicable, precisely because I am trying to organize a demonstration on the Power of QLIK Gray, and I would say that in this case make a bad impression.
But... is it not possible to involve QLIK developers on this topic?

Hi  Or, 
in the meantime I have found (perhaps) a solution by adding 
to the action suggested by you, another action "Clear Selection on field".

Both actions act on the field "Dummy".

For now it seems to work, so I mark your answer as a solution.
