An error Occurred while click the Data Manager in Qlik sense

Hello Team,

Im new to Qlik Sense. When I tried to open the existing app which was already created in my team. When I tried to click the Data Manager, I'm getting an error stating 'Unable to connect to the Qlik Sense. Possible Cause: too many op en connections, the service is offline etc.' Pls refer screenshot below  -

Kindly help me on fixing the issue.

Jaleel, try clearing the cache and see if it works.

Yes, I tried clearing the cache still it is showing the same error.

Any update on my question. Still, Im not able to fix the issue. Pls help me to fix this issue.

Hello Team,

Anybody can help on my query. Im unbale to view the connection in Data Manager. Given  this , I'm unbale to pull the Aug month data into Qlik sense Dashboard. Pls refer screenshot for your better clarity.
