App navigation links in QS hub

Can anyone help how to make use of "App navigation links "? I dont see this option in desktop.

Hi,

These are options for "On-Demand" app generation and not something you can do with Qlik Sense Desktop.

Thanks, have gone through but did not understand much. Also i could not see create new option in hub. So thought to ask if we get any video.
