Autogenerating Workdates For Each Employee

I am new to qlik sense & i am building a practice dashboard to sharpen my skills. It is a 'Total hours worked' application & I would like some help on auto generating some dates as workdays for each employee (say a year's worth) as well s some random clock in & clock out times (say between 9am & 5pm) on each of the week days for each employee. I have some ideas on how this could be done but I don't have solid understanding yet on how to scrpt it accurately. I appreciate any help on this. Thank you.
