Yes, it is possible, you can use the bar chart itself to achieve this result, basically using a stacked model, and using a negative sum as in the example below, your 2nd measurement will return and give you the view you are looking for, see a simple example below :
1 – Media = sum({<Category={‘A’}>}sales)
2 = Measure = - sum({<Category={‘B’}>}sales)
