COUNT previous month data if condition is met

Hi all. I've actually got the correct chart for current month data, but when i want to do another chart for previous month data, then there's some problem. For my chart, I have 2 measures - settled quantity and unsettled quantity. Below is the expression for current month data:

Settled quantity for current monthUnsettled quantity for current month

Both my settled and unsettled quantity for current month is correct. Then, below is the expression for previous month.

Settled quantity for previous monthUnsettled quantity for previous month

For the previous month, the data for unsettled quantity is correct, however, settled quantity is wrong. I really don't know what's the problem and why is my settled quantity wrong while my unsettled quantity is correct when the only difference between the two is just the binary number 0 & 1. My bubble linking should be correct as well since my current month data are all correct. Anyone has any idea on this? Thanks for your help !!!
