Does Report level mean App level or Sheet level?
Hi Kiran,
Lets say your Actual Data is coming from Data base and you have a sheet where your forecast data is there , So yes you can do this ,What you need to do create a local connection in scripting part and import that foretast sheet and go to UI and compare it.

It is not clear what the "report level" means here. "Report" is not a technical word in the Qlik Sense - it could be an application a sheet, and object...
To add data which are not in the database - you can keep Forecast data in a file, e.g. Excel, and use it as an additional data source.
Hello ,
It is in Sheet Level,
here iam adding data from database, some data is there for forecast,( ex: jan to aug), it is displaying the values and i dont have forecast values for sep, oct ,nov , dec month data.
actually my question is can i add data in sheet level? is it possible?
Data is always on the application level. Of course you chose what you show on the objects which you put on the sheets.
Hi,
If you have transaction data at more granular like transaction level
i.e TranNo/DocumentNo | Itemcode | ItemVariant | Location | Date | Month | etc | etc | ActualValue | ActualQty
and you have your forecast at Month level for each of Location and Product in Excel
Then upload that excel values into app with same column name as like transaction data
Product | Location | ForecastValue | ForecastQty
Qlik sense will automatically form the synthetic key in the so that when you do visualizations with those field (ex) a table/ pivot table you will be able to compare the Actual vs Forecast against a common dimensions.
Hope this Helps you
