Can you add a Media Library using QS Desktop?

I know you can add a Media Library using QS Enterprise through the QMC.  Can you add a Media Library when using QS Desktop?  I would like to be able to arrange media by app.

For Qlik Sense Desktop: You can place images in the following folder on your computer: C:\Users\<user>\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Content\Default

I'm looking to have an additional medial library - Like you can in the QMC.
