Cannot edit duplicated app though I'm owner

Hi y'all,

I have a user with an analyzer lic; in the QMC I have made this user to be owner of a specific app.

After this user logs on to the hub, he can see the app in "My Work", but he can't edit it. What am I missing here?

The rule set hasn't been changed, allthough I also tried with a rule that gives me the following audit result:

 Nevertheless ... no chance to continue working on this app...

Can you point me into the right direction please?

Hi,
Only Professional users can edit/create  Analyzer users can only view, slice/dice/filter.  Analyzer can however create stories.

Analyzer User provides the ability to view(slice and dice) Applications, create bookmarks, create and publish
stories, print objects/stories/sheets, export data from an object to Excel or PDF, and authenticate to mobile
