Clients are not able to access qlik sense application

Hi everyone,

We have a qlik sense application/mashup. When we access the mashup internally on the server it works fine but when clients try to access the mashup, it throws an error (error code 16: No Connection Created). We are seeing this issue across all external clients when they try to access the mashup.

Were can i look at to check for probable causes?

Any help is appreciated.

Hey,

 

Please refer to this post here and see if the solution can help. You may also want to check if there are any network or firewall issues that could be preventing external clients from accessing the Qlik Sense server.
