Coloring for map chart

Hi all,

 

Country Vehicles
Austria 77
UK 99
Canada 65
France 3
Germany 22
Italy 11
Japan 55
india 22

 

I want to show the european countries in blue color and others in grey color in a map and with a measure of count(Vehicles).I am able to write the color code expression but where i have to write this measure.can anyone help me with this
