Comparison line for two bars

Hi, We plan to create a chart like below:  to compare with three index  like potential/ Forecast/YTD OR in two fiscal year and also has the comparison line. I found a plug-in ,  I could only add one comparison line. Like the second screenshot, How to add three line for their index. And the last screenshot is the setting for comparison line in plug-in. I am confused how to write the 'fx'.
