Count If in a KPI

Hi There,

I have the following request for a KPI.

I need to count TCOrder where the send date is greater than 13/05/2023.

I have the below but not getting

=Count({<[[Send Date]={">$(=(13/05/2023))"}>} TCOrder)

The issue is the date part is not working and i just get the total count, can anyone assist with the syntax of this please?
