Create a sum according to a criteria

Sorry, I know the title is not really clear and relevant.

I would like to make the sum of the "Spend associated" for each project (the Project Names are repeated because I used the funcion Subfield()), and for each supplier. 

My data looks like that : 

So finally I would like a table like this :

I tried to use the function Aggr but it is not the good result...

Have you got an idea ?

How are you getting 0 for ACITURRI? Can you elaborate on the logic?

That the thing actually, the results I show you in the second pictures are not correct. It is just to who you the way I want to obtain my results (through a table).

For example, I would like to obtain for WEARE: Spend Associated = 40 000
