Current Selection Object in Qlik Sense

I am new to Qlik Sense.

Can anyone let me know whether Current Selection object is available in Qlik Sense.

hi

you don't need current selection object as all the selection are displayed in a bar

on the upper side of the screen

yes after you inser text there should appear a tool bar just like in word where you can control

the text desgin in a text box

Is getfieldselections(Field Name) function available in Qlik Sense? Can i use it in text object?

We dont have current selection object in qlik sense and it will automatically show .

But its not working in Text Object.

I have a field called Month.

So i gave =GetFieldSelections(Month) but Qlik Sense is not displaying the selected month instead its displaying as GetFieldSelections(Month)

just used it in my sense app and it working on a field called month

make sure that in the text object you select in the edit mode

add measure in the right side

if you type it directly to the text object than it will be assumed to be a text
