Data Transfer with QS Business

I have created a QS business environment and uploaded an app in there.  

I would like to use Data transfer to pump local database data into that environment. 

The only way I can get into Data Transfer, is by logging on on my local Enterprise server, but I need to install Data Transfer on a server which has no access to that.

So the question, how can  logon to Data Transfer if I only have a Business Cloud environment, what is my username and what is my domain in that case. I tried to do obvious, but I can't get passed it..
