Data load failed in qliksense after an app created and reopened again

Dear experts, 

I have encountered below situation, don't know what to do. my source files are qvd, and they are stored locally on my hard drive, I didnt move them. so I created a simple app for learning qlik sense few days ago, and today when i reopened it, it showed me the "data load failed", i have no idea why, and how to fix it, can someone pls help me? thank you a lot. more details screenshot pls see below:

1: create a new test app.

2: Load the qvd

 

if it says the same error, there might be a chance the qvd are corrupted. Have encountered this before.

 

if the error  doesn't come just check if the names are changed or somthing wrong with the file name etc.

check what QVD is pointing to... is it correct? does the user running QlikSense have access to that path?
The data model remains because the last successful load is still there; when a load fails it rolls back to the last good state; unless as Pradosh suggests the file is corrupt.
I've had that happen if going off-line with the app open.
