1. Case Id 100 : Calculate Date1 + 2Business Days and check Date2 and Resultant get corresponding date3 

2. Case Id 200 : Same as above but here 2/1/2021 + 2BD = 2/3/2021 and Date2 this date is not present so look the nearest on first.
