Different number format for values and value axis labels?

I have a simple bar chart as shown here.

Is it possible to change the number format for the axis labels so that they exclude the decimal point ('.0')?

Change the measure's formatting to exclude the decimal point. This should cause the axis to exclude it as well.

Thanks, but I want to keep the decimal formatting for the measure values. I only want to remove the '.0' from the axis labels, as it's redundant.
