I am new to Qlik. I want to use Qlik Sense Desktop. Can I get the steps to download and install Qlik Sense Desktop in windows.

It means your account has an issue, as written in your screenshot you need to contact customer support (click on the blue button contact support). They'll be able to correct your account.
