Drag and Drop

Hi Everyone,
 
Could you please help me with Drag and drop function?
I was trying to apply it on the Multi  KPI chart but when I add the master visual to it, it keeps flashing( appears /disappears ),
Can anyone help me with that? 
 
Is there any other way to add multi visuals (20 pie charts ) to another?
