Dynamic Date field

I have a field [ASDT] and my condition is 

where [ASDT] = '31-03-current year'

Example - 

Current year - 2021 then [ASDT] = '31-03-21'

If current year - 2022 then [ASDT] = '31-03-22'

My [ASDT] is in the below format

Help me how to achieve this.

where Floor([ASDT]) = Floor(MakeDate(Year(Today()),3,31));
