Failed to generate report with output format XLSX

Hi, Im trying to distribute a Excel report which I created in NPrinting but get the following error:

Some reports failed to generate:

• Report "License Monitor Qlik Sense Report" with output format XLS

Please contact your administrator for further details

Tried the majority of other output formats but to success.

Running the report does not generate any issues, its just publishing it that seems to be a problem.

Any advise?
