Filter from a keyword in qlik sense

How can i filter from a keyword in qlik sense? I want to find all values that begin or end or contain same letters and use it in IF function.

Hi Magdalena,

Look attached file. In it, in the field of Flag (code of script or calculated field in frontend) points indicates whether there is a substring 'er' in the field Field1. Maybe this will help you.
