When i filter product and write HKT38CS, the product is displayed but when i type VSKT38BYX, it says no matches found. What could be wrong .

Hi @GuruGPS 

Try putting wildcard symbols in your search *VSKT38BY*.

Sometimes these are essential, sometimes not.
