Fixed picture size, unresponsive

For instance a logo, can I define it not to be responsive, that is to have the same size no matter what?

I think you can, without specifying any action on images, it would be non responsive only?

I tried that, still responsive.

I figured out that if I mark this before inserting the picture, it makes a different. Then of course you get the original size. The picture then becomes unresponsive within the object frame, but the object frame might cut the picture, when the application is resized.
