HTTP protocol error 401 (Unauthorized): Requested resource requires authentication.

I use the Operation Monitor application. But an error  401 authentication was displayed when I try to connect RestConnectorMasterTable. According to my research , It can be corrected by  ID user changing for  app Rest monitoring connection. I try to change USER ID in Data connection  by an other USER ID (srvqlik) but I forgot the associated password. 

How do I reset a password?

Hi, for this you can configure the same credentials of the user that starts the Qlik Sense services.

If you lost the password of this user it can be changed from Active Directory or user managements, this is Windows configuration, not Qlik Sense.

If you change the passsword of this user you need to change also the credential of the services to set the new password or Qlik Sense will fail to start.
