Hi Arul,

Have you added the desired url to whitelist at websocket origin?

Hi

Check with IT where exactly they have installed the certificate.

It needs to be added in Certificates - Current User (Trusted Root..) and in Certificates - Local Computer (Trusted Root../Personal).

Version of Qlik Sense?

What does the Proxy > Trace > Security log say? What is the error? I've seen rare cases where you may need to restart the proxy first to get it to populate.

‌HI Arul, check whether your certificate contains the private key. You can find out this info in the Certificate property, on the bottom of General pane, you need to have a sentence says "You have a private key that correspond to this certificate".

Including a private key is a certificate generation option

The solution is :

1-In the QMC enter to Proxies and choose edit

2-Allow HTTP

3-Change the Authentication listen port HTTP to 8080 and Apply...(the default one 4248)

4-Try to access with http

5-If it doesn't work you need to restart services of qlik sense
