Highlighting Key Words

Hi All,

I have a Straight Table created using few hundreds of "key words". Is there a way I can highlight what key word is being picked to populate the data in the table.

For example, lets say in the straight table "An apple a day keeps the doctor a way" is populated and the key word used is "Apple", I want to highlight the word "Apple" so the users will know which key word has made the data populated in the table. I hope it's clear.

Is this possible in QS HUB?

So as an example, "Invest" is the key word and these two rows has the same word. I want the key word to be highlighted. In the real world, there are few hundred key words. So it's difficult for the users to understand which key word has made the data populated in the table. I hope it's clear.
