How can I change the Label for a master dimension?

Hi,

I'm new to Qlik and using the master dimenssions I've not found how to change how their name is show on a sheet. it rather shw the formula. can you help me? I'm using the newest Qlik Sense version (June 2017)

Yeah, its named differently on spanish, I guess. Actually changing it to  a normal Master Dimmension makes the trick. I guess drill downs show the formula rather than the label

Whatever you name the master item is what will display in the visualization.

At least that is how it works with Measures.

hi Dudley,

You have to UNLINK it in your visualization from the master items and then you can change the label for your visual.

Click on the link and the Lbel will appear for you to change.

It is a herarquical Master dimension, so it cant be unlinked

Do you mean it is a drill down dimension?  If you cannot unlink it then you should be able to edit it directly and the change will be reflected
