How to compare two fields from different tables ?

How can I compare two fields to get the data 

ex: Field1        Field2             Field3        Field4

      ABC            ABC                 CY                1000

     XYZ            RST                 CY                1000

      QTH            ABC                 NY              1000

If  I consider ABC from field 1 as the selection then field1=field2  and Field3=CY  i.e. ABC= ABC & CY then give the total.
