How to mask the dimension values expect user section value

Hi Experts,

Requirement : lets assume i have 10 product's, user select one product that product only display the name remaining 9 products will going to mask  (like **** or @@@@ or empty cell) 

Sample Data:

Out put should be: user select spareParts below

Please help to resolve the issue.
