How to read grouped headers and sub-headers as fields

I want to read following table in qlik sense, I need grouped header as well as sub headers, how to do that pls help

Hi,
You would need to load this as a crosstable. I'm on a phone now so can't easily look for the link, but check Crosstable on the Qlik Help.
