How to remove one slice/item from a pie chart?

Hi Qlik Experts,

I have a pie chart that contains categories (dimension) and sales (measure).

For one of the categories (let's call it "Specialty"), I don't want to show that on my pie chart.  I want it to be excluded.  I have tried creating a NewCategory dimension by using the below expression, but it didn't seem to work.

=If(Category <> 'Specialty',Category)

I also tried create a new measure called NewSales by using a similar expression, and it didn't seem to work.

Any ideas on how this can be done?

Create measure and use set analysis. like below
Sum( {<Category-={'Specialty'}>} Sales)
