Hyperlinking KPI

Hello all,

I am wondering if i click on the KPI which i am using to show the count of a column in excel file, it should filter it according to the value displayed in it. Is it possible in Qliksence?

For example, the below KPI shows that 3.97 thousands of Average sale is happened, if i click on that 3.97K it should show which are all the sales in the table.

Thanks and Regards

Viswanathan

You could put the Sales Details Table in a seperate sheet and then link to this sheet from the KPI object.

Thank you for your immediate response. I don't know how to link the KPI to its table. This is my main question.

In the KPI configuration accordion on the right go to :

  • Appearance
  • Presentation
  • Link to sheet
    • Set to On
    • Select the sheet that contains your Sales Details Table

Actually, I am using Qliksence Desktop and I am unable to find KPI Configuration in it. Could you please elaborate?

In QlikSense desktop click edit to go into edit mode.

Select the KPI object and the accordion is what appears on the right.
