Importing backup of apps on server in qlik sense

Hi All,

I have been using licensed version of Qlik Sense server. I created a few applications there.

Due to some error, I had to get it reinstalled. Before reinstallation, i have taken backup of all the applications. Now i want to import my previously created apps to server.

Will the import app option from QMC solve the purpose?

(The apps are not of the form .qvf)

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Disha

Hi Disha,

Yet it does.

Just Import it and it will be available in your work stream and you can publish them there after.

Yes, they should*.

* If you backed them up from Qlik Sense Server then you will not have the accompanying data connections. When you export from Qlik Sense, it does not include the data connections which are used by the app.
