Labels disappear in edit mode and from storytelling

Hi everyone,

I use Qlik since a couple of months and have a problem which is new to me. In my sheets, all my graphics are OK, but after downloading my pdf's from the storybook, I saw that all my labels from the bar charts disappeared and the layout of KPI's have changed too (you can't see the numbers properly). 

In every chart, the labels are activated. When I click on the edit button in the sheets, the labels disappear as well!

I used the same App yesterday and it was OK. I checked other Apps where the graphics were OK and I have the same issue in those too. How is this possible? Here an image from a sheet when I click on edit (if I click again in overview, I see everything fine)

Hi,

Qlik Sense is using a responsive design. When you edit, the grid the smaller than consultation mode and Qlik automatically removes labels. 

You can create a bigger chart or play with your brower zoom.

Hi Aurélien,

Thanks for replying. However, I always saw the labels in edit mode and when I created the story. Since today, I am unable to show the labels in my story. I created the post because something changed from yesterday to today because I use the same App and the issue is new.

So I am the only one having issues with this?

You were right! I am using a laptop instead of my computer. When zooming out the labels appear..

You are using Qlik Cloud or Qlik on prem ?
