Hi All,
I have been trying to load multiple QVD Files to multiple CSVs.
The Simplest technique I am aware of is adding Store Command in Qlik sense Data Editor window and redirecting .qvd file to .csv file.
the Disadvantage of this technique when try to open .csv file created, it does not open efficiently when rows are in millions and billions.
Is there any other technique I can look at to load QVD to CSV.
As next I will using these CSV as source to ETL .
We should not open any csv file directly.
If you do that there is a disadvantage that the data spilled based on default delimiter, so we suggest to use import option in excel or open it with notepad then copy paste into excel (later delimiter it with required delimiter).
this is not issue of technique of loading qvd data to csv.
It issue of large no records present in csv. In which application are you trying to open it???
Notepad or excel??
You can use another 3rd party tool to open huge data file i.e. delimit.
