Loading multiple tabs in one excel spreadsheet

Hi everyone,

I need your help here.

I have a list of customer with their prespective infos ( name, address, country,...) and I have units ordered per season for each customer so I can have multiple seasons for each customer.

How do I organize my date to get a dashboard where I can see for each customer per season how many they ordered?

Do I put the data in a different tab for each season? Is there an efficient way to do it?

Thanks

Hello,

I think best idea is to use two sheets only.

First sheet for basic customer data which usually won’t really change (name, adresss, etc)

Second sheet you can add data about orders, you should have column for just the name of the customer (or better if you have a customer code use it instead, it should be also on the first sheet) + column for the date /season and after that data about the orders (quantity, amount, etc ).

When you load data in Qlik Sense , the common column between the two sheets (client code or name ) will link data between the two sheets.

I hope my post will help
