Loading specific rows from a column

Hi everyone

I'm very much new to qlik.

I have this data from excel which includes different departments, hours, project name and date as columns but I only want to load rows from a certain department

Employee Id Department Hours 

1	HR	7.5
2	Finance	8
3	Finance	4
4	Legal	9
5	HR	5
6	HR	3

I want to analyse the HR rows only. How will I load these specific rows in the data load editor

Thank you so much it works. Hope you don't mind asking a follow up question. I would like to further filter the data in the analysis sheet by creating a bar chart that shows the total demand and the total supply of workers in each month but I'm struggling to do so.

Thank you for this. 

I would like to add a few more questions.

1. If the month columns are in a text format (not date format at all from source data) how will you change them to a month-year format like Jan-22. The reason is the bar chart months are now sorted in alphabetical order not in the calendar order? 

2. Also how would you show say the demand only bars at chart level? 

3. How would you choose either one of the demand or supply and create another chart on it?
