Log files for Qlik sense app related data

Hi,

I want to check who are the users accessing different apps and what are the filters they are applying while using the app in qlik sense.

I have both QIX and traffic off in qmc engine.

can you please advise which log files i can use to check the above required information.

Hi Khatua,

It is easier to check License&Operations Monitor. These apps based on log files, and contains many information about your system and using.

Operation monitor app does not contain the required information.

It will only help me to get an idea who has accessed the app. but i want to check what are the filters that the user has applied.

Hm, I don't know which logs contains these information but every log resides these directories as default:

• ServerLogFolder :      C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\
• ArchivedLogsFolder : C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Archived Logs\

The selections field's function is at operation monitor/Apps&Users sheet is just sum(Selections).

You should see into the data load code of operations monitor, and find out which log contains the selection field.
