Master Measure Color by Expression

Hi, all,

I have a chart that uses two master measures: one for projected sales, one for actual sales.

I would like the first master measure (projected sales) to show as a single color, and the second master measure (actual sales) to display as red if it's less than 85% of projected sales, green if it's over 90% of projected sales, and yellow if it's in between 85% and 90%.

I've tried using the segment colors option in the master measure for actual sales, and also using no master measure and coloring by expression. However, I haven't found a way to apply a conditional formatting only to ONE of the measures. See the screenshot below for how it's turning out.

Qlik community, how do I apply the conditional color coding to only ONE of the measures?
