Multiple Dates

I'm trying to build at table for a data set that has multiple dates against 1 job, 

i.e. 

I've created a pivot table with individual measures to count number received, complete etc. However selecting a date will change the pivot table, Is it best to create a master table for selection that will incorporate all dates? 

If I want to select everything in January I want to see 6 received 2complete, 2 additional works, in February I would get 0 received, 4 complete and 4 additional works.
