Not Allowing User to access the Qlik Sense URL

Experts,

My one of the client is accessing Qlik sense dashboard production URL, But the client is getting like "Connection is refreshed". We found the issues like one of the service provider "Zsclar" is not allowing to access the dashboard.

Please help me  on that.

Hi @manmadha,

This sounds to be something with an third party component, like external load balancer or a reverse proxy. Try to check if you have sticky session activated.
