Pick records from a table based on last date of month

I have a table named "WHUIL962". I have to pick dimensions from this table based on the last date of each month & the date field is "asdt". 

Please help me in writing this condition so that all the records from that table is of the last date of the month.

I have to implement this in the data load editor.
